Proceedings of International Young Scholars Workshop is an open access international scientific journal that publishes peer-reviewed selected original articles presented during the annual International Young Scholars Workshop at Suleyman Demirel University, Kaskelen, Kazakhstan.

The Faculty of Education and Humanities of SDU University in Qaskelen (Kazakhstan) hosted the I International Scientific and Practical Conference “Innovation Minds: Shaping the Future Through STEM Education Conference” (IMSF) which took place on April 25, 2024 in Qaskelen. The conference invited postgraduate research students, as well as academics, researchers, managers, and practitioners, to share their research findings concerning STEM Education in its broadest context. We extended a warm welcome to presenters and attendees from various departments within SDU University and from other higher education institutions in Kazakhstan and beyond. The conference provided an interactive and supportive platform for postgraduate researchers to present and discuss their ongoing research, even if it is still in its preliminary stages.The overarching theme of this conference reflects important trends and issues on values in STEM Education, and invited papers that investigate the various areas of STEM Education in the following streams:1) Innovative Teaching Practice in STEM2) Technology Integration in Education3) Diversity and Inclusion in STEM4) Industry-Academia Collaboration5) Professional Development and Lifelong Learning in STEM
